Dr Aderonke Mordi
President / CEO
Dr. Aderonke Mordi is the founder, President and
Chief Executive Officer of International Quality Homecare
Corporation (“IQHC”) and HomeKeepers International Franchising, LLC.
(“HIF”). Prior to founding IQHC and HIF, she was an Associate
Consultant with Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
Before joining Mayo, Dr. Mordi was an Assistant
Professor at
Bemidji State
University in Minnesota. She did her post-doctoral
fellowship also at the Mayo Clinic as a Research Associate. Dr.
Mordi holds a PhD in Biochemistry, an MBA from the Carlson School of
Management of the University of Minnesota
and a license as a registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota. She currently serves on the Board
of Directors of Family Services of Rochester.
The concept behind our franchise began its ride, literally, in 1999. Working part-time out of her car, Dr. Aderonke Mordi saw the need for a quality, diverse home healthcare business in Rochester, Minnesota.
In addition to her full-time research associate position at the Mayo Clinic, Dr. Mordi began signing up clients and hiring employees. Today, she has offices in Rochester, Owatonna, Mankato, Austin, New Prague and Worthington, Minnesota and Decorah, Iowa with well over 3000 employees.
Finding success in an industry that only continues to grow, Dr. Mordi would like to share her years of experience and business opportunity with those that have the same interests...caring individuals committed to providing comfort care solutions.
IQHC
and HIF are entrepreneurial successes due to the drive, passion and
vision of Dr. Mordi to make each affiliated entity a leader in their
respective markets. She is currently co-authoring a book entitled,
“Business Without Tears”.
