HomeKeepers International realizes the need for home health care for the aging population, which will double in ten years from the present 36 million. Today, we have become a leader in providing the services that allow older adults to remain in their home and receive the assistance and support they desperately need.

With years of experience, HomeKeepers offers its clients the services of home health attendants (HHA) or a personal care assistants (PCA), whatever their needs. We assist with personal care, laundry and light housekeeping, meal preparation, running errands, exercise and recreational activities, and general companionship, just to name a few.

Dr Aderonke Mordi President / CEO

Dr. Aderonke Mordi is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of International Quality Homecare Corporation (“IQHC”) and HomeKeepers International Franchising, LLC. (“HIF”). Prior to founding IQHC and HIF, she was an Associate Consultant with Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

Before joining Mayo, Dr. Mordi was an Assistant Professor at Bemidji State University in Minnesota. She did her post-doctoral fellowship also at the Mayo Clinic as a Research Associate. Dr. Mordi holds a PhD in Biochemistry, an MBA from the Carlson School of Management of the University of Minnesota and a license as a registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Family Services of Rochester.

The concept behind our franchise began its ride, literally, in 1999. Working part-time out of her car, Dr. Aderonke Mordi saw the need for a quality, diverse home healthcare business in Rochester, Minnesota.

In addition to her full-time research associate position at the Mayo Clinic, Dr. Mordi began signing up clients and hiring employees. Today, she has offices in Rochester, Owatonna, Mankato, Austin, New Prague and Worthington, Minnesota and Decorah, Iowa with well over 3000 employees.

Finding success in an industry that only continues to grow, Dr. Mordi would like to share her years of experience and business opportunity with those that have the same interests...caring individuals committed to providing comfort care solutions.

 IQHC and HIF are entrepreneurial successes due to the drive, passion and vision of Dr. Mordi to make each affiliated entity a leader in their respective markets. She is currently co-authoring a book entitled, “Business Without Tears”.

Michael Mordi Vice-President

Michael C. Mordi is the Co-founder and Vice President of International Quality Homecare Corporation (“IQHC”) and HomeKeepers International Franchising, LLC. (“HIF”). Prior to founding IQHC and HIF, Mr. Mordi worked briefly at the Disk Manufacturing Division of IBM in Rochester. Mr. Mordi is also the Founder and the Senior Pastor of Wind & Fire International Christian Center in Rochester, Minnesota.

 Mr. Mordi holds a BA in Pastoral Leadership from Crossroads College in Rochester, Minnesota.

Dr. Mike Maggert is the the Director of Franchising for HomeKeepers International Franchising, LLC. (“HIF”). Prior to joining the company in 2006, he was the Marketing and Finance Manager for Lumberyard Partnership, LLC. overseeing those operations of the five company divisions.

Mr. Maggert began his twenty-five year financial career as a bank officer, loan and investment banker with Ankeny State Bank. After a decade of serving in the banking industry, he became the CEO/Chief Operations Officer of multi-million dollar credit unions in Iowa and Minnesota.

In addition to a B.S. degree in Business/Finance/Accounting from Iowa State University, Mr. Maggert has graduated from the Iowa School of Banking (University of Iowa) and CUNA Management School (University of Wisconsin). He has received a CCUE designation and currently serves on the Board of Directors of RASC and Ironwood Springs Christian Ranch.

Mike knows firsthand about the fears, concerns, details, hard work, joys, successes and rewards on owning your own business. He and his wife, Jolene, are successful entrepreneurs and own their own photography business. He is more than willing to share his experience, success and marketing ideas with you!
